What we taste: pineapple, cola, gyokuro
The San Marco region is known for its high altitude with heavy rainfall and the area is surrounded by volcanoes. This produces characteristic coffee with distinct acidity, complex flavours and long-lasting sweetness. This coffee is cultivated using only natural fertilizers, including the pulp of cherries.
