オールプレスの長年のパートナーのひとつがこのColombia Pescadorです。2016年にPescadorで実地調査を行った際、現地の農家が種皮のついたコーヒーをコンクリートのパティオやベッドの上、または地面で乾燥させている様子を目の当たりにし、コーヒーを精製する上で大切な乾燥の過程において、彼らが大きな問題を抱えていることを知りました。そこで私たちは輸出業者のRacafe、コーヒーバイヤーのMario Trochezと協力し、コーヒーを乾燥させるための設備をつくることで、Pescadorのコーヒーの品質を大きく改善することに成功します。これに伴い生産量も増加したことで、Pescadorの農家にもより多くの利益が還元されるようになりました。

    This is a classic example of a quality washed Cauca coffee; sparkling acidity and deep sweetness — a well rounded coffee.
    Perfect black as a filter brew and compatible with milk, we have sourced this coffee since 2011 and have visited the Pescador region several times since.
